MANAGING PRINCIPAL

Marianne serves as President and Managing Principal of App Architecture. With excellent quality control being a key element of our brand, Marianne reviews each project before it is released for construction. Additionally, Marianne provides oversight for the pre-design and master planning services of the firm. She applies her in-depth knowledge and expertise to create strong design foundations. A planner by nature, Marianne holds a master’s degree in health services administration, which enables her to better understand the needs of the healthcare industry and provide creative, meaningful solutions. As a Board-Certified Healthcare Architect, Marianne has specific expertise in solving complex design issues for healthcare facilities.

PRINCIPAL

Principal - Tim sets the standard for project management effectiveness within the firm. Tim has excellent skills in team management and project delivery, all the while maintaining great client relationships. His ability to view a project from various perspectives brings added value to the project team. Tim is especially knowledgeable in design for first responders and provides thoughtful solutions and innovative yet practical design ideas. Tim is deeply committed to sustainable and resilient design and incorporates those principles into every project.

PRINCIPAL

Todd champions the design efforts of App Architecture, lending his creative touch towards each project. Todd has vast experience developing imaginative, effective and efficient designs for facilities across a variety of industries. His commitment to focused design, coupled with a disciplined adherence to project budgets and schedules, has routinely produced projects that have exceeded our clients’ expectations. Additionally, he is skilled in resolving challenging regulatory compliance issues for existing facilities.
